Artwork map

Confirm front and back artwork dimensions, center points, distances from neckline and size-grading rules.

04

Print system

Test the selected ink for opacity, edge definition, handfeel and durability on the approved black jersey.

05

Neck finish

Match rib width, weight, stretch and recovery to the neckline shape and expected care performance.

Development path

From graphic file to approved boxy T-shirt.

Artwork, cloth, fit and print performance are locked in sequence before the signed sample becomes the bulk reference.

  1. 01

    Receive the artwork

Review vector files, colors, placement dimensions, size chart and order breakdown.

  2. 02

    Select the jersey

Confirm fabric structure, GSM, black color and print compatibility before sampling.

  3. 03

    Build the boxy fit

Develop and grade the body, shoulder, sleeve and neckline against the approved measurements.

  4. 04

    Approve the print

Check strike-off color and handfeel, then verify full-garment placement on the physical sample.

Ink appearance

White coverage, edge sharpness and surface handfeel checked on the black jersey.

Body balance

Shoulder, sleeve, side seam and bottom hem symmetry verified against the boxy block.

Neck recovery

Rib attachment, stretch and return checked before and after the agreed care test.

Measurements

Chest width, body length, shoulder and sleeve opening checked across required sizes.

Final presentation

Print marks, stains, labels, loose threads, folding and packing inspected before shipment.

Buyer questions

Before you request a sample.

01Can we replace the typography with our own artwork?

Yes. The pictured graphics are a placement reference. Production is developed from buyer-approved vector files, dimensions, colors and print requirements.

02Can the body be shorter or wider?

Yes. Body length, chest width, shoulder drop and sleeve opening are project variables controlled through the pattern, grading and physical sample.

03Which print method works on black jersey?

The choice depends on opacity, handfeel, artwork detail, fabric and care expectations. A strike-off should be approved on the selected cloth before bulk.

04Is the fabric weight shown in the image fixed?

No. The image confirms appearance and silhouette, not GSM or fiber content. Those specifications are agreed from swatches and the project brief.

05What is needed for quotation?

Send artwork, target jersey and GSM, size chart, quantities by color, labels, packing and delivery requirements.
