These terms govern access to the KAOUYOU website and its B2B development resources and inquiry forms.

1. Informational B2B website

This website provides general information about KAOUYOU's custom menswear development and manufacturing capabilities. It is intended primarily for business users and does not offer retail products for direct online purchase.

2. Quotations and project agreements

Website content, indicative minimums, lead-time explanations and form responses do not by themselves create a binding quotation, production commitment or contract. Pricing, feasibility, materials, minimums, timing, payment, quality requirements and delivery terms must be confirmed in writing for each project.

3. Submitted materials

By submitting artwork, tech packs, reference images, trademarks or other files, you confirm that you are authorized to provide them for project evaluation and development. You remain responsible for obtaining any permissions required for their intended commercial use.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, graphics, resource structure and KAOUYOU branding are owned by or licensed to KAOUYOU. You may review and share links to public pages for legitimate business evaluation, but may not reproduce, republish, scrape or commercially exploit substantial website content without permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, interfere with its operation, use forms for spam or provide information that is unlawful, misleading or infringes another party's rights.

6. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep information useful and current, but manufacturing options, material availability, platform requirements and project conditions can change. The website may occasionally be updated, interrupted or unavailable. Confirm any decision-critical detail directly with our team.

The website may link to or rely on third-party services. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by their respective providers, not KAOUYOU.

8. Liability and applicable terms

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KAOUYOU is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content. Any governing-law, dispute and liability terms for a commercial project are defined in the applicable quotation, purchase order or signed agreement.
