For private-label & wholesale teams
A wholesale range is not one product repeated. Every style, color and size creates its own quantities, approvals and packing decisions.
KAOUYOU organizes custom menswear programs from the SKU matrix through product development, labels, packaging, bulk production and order handoff—so the finished range matches the confirmed commercial order.

The order program
Before development begins, the range needs a structure that connects product decisions with quantities, brand components and the way the order will be packed and handed over.

A finished order prepared for counting and distributionQuantity architecture
The total order quantity does not by itself explain whether every style, color, material and branded component can be produced. The range must be reviewed at more than one level.
Typical MOQs start from 100 pieces per style per color. The size ratio can usually be distributed inside the confirmed quantity, but every product is reviewed separately.
Custom fabric, dyeing, washing, printing, hardware, labels and packaging can each introduce supplier minimums that apply differently across the range.
Private-label control
A private-label order is complete only when the approved garment, brand components and packed-product information all point to the same SKU.

Keep style code, color, size range, measurements, material, construction and decoration connected to the correct approved sample.
Approve label content, artwork, materials, attachment methods, hangtags, hardware and individual packaging before production use.
Check garment appearance, identification, folding, bagging and available size-color information before carton preparation.
The customer confirms final label content, artwork rights, destination-market requirements and packing instructions. KAOUYOU coordinates the approved requirements with development and production.
Order gates
Late changes to the range, labels or packing can affect materials, quantities, timing and cost. Each gate closes a different group of decisions before the next stage begins.
Confirm styles, colors, size plans, quantities, priorities and requested delivery window.
Approve the fit, construction, material, color and visual result for each product.
Confirm artwork, label content, trims, packaging components and attachment.
Produce against approved references and follow the confirmed quality requirements.
Sort, identify, pack and prepare available order information for the agreed handoff.
Wholesale order handoff
The product data and packout data must agree. A garment can pass workmanship review and still create distribution problems when identification, ratios or carton instructions are unclear.
Capacity behind the order
Assortment and packout plans must connect with practical production. KAOUYOU coordinates product development, manufacturing, final quality follow-up and packing preparation across two production bases.
