QUALITY REFERENCES
Inspection requires a confirmed reference. The approved garment sample and agreed product requirements guide production and quality review.
The confirmed garment provides the reference for fit, construction, materials, techniques and overall appearance.
Confirmed measurements and client requirements guide dimensional checks and product review.
Fabric, color, trims, printing, embroidery and wash direction are reviewed against the confirmed product direction.
Brand labels, size identification, hangtags and packing requirements are aligned before packing begins.
QUALITY PROCESS
The approved garment sample and confirmed project requirements are reviewed with the production and quality teams before bulk production begins.
Fabric review is carried out according to the product and confirmed project requirements. Specific checks vary by material and project. Certified laboratory testing is not implied unless separately arranged and verified.
The first production piece is reviewed internally against the approved garment sample. Dedicated QC personnel then carry out checks during production.
Every finished garment receives a final visual and workmanship inspection before packing. Key measurements are checked through QC sampling according to the project inspection plan.

100% FINAL INSPECTION
Every finished garment is reviewed for:
Dedicated QC personnel measure selected garments and key measurement points according to the client's confirmed requirements and the project inspection plan.
100% final garment inspection does not mean every measurement point on every garment is measured unless that requirement has been agreed for the project.
ISSUE MANAGEMENT
The issue is identified during material, in-process, final garment or packing inspection.
The issue is internally classified as critical, major or minor according to its impact.
Affected garments are separated from accepted products.
Products are corrected where rework is feasible. Products that cannot be corrected are removed from accepted goods.
Reworked garments are inspected again.
Only products meeting the confirmed requirements proceed to packing.
INSPECTION RECORDS
KAOUYOU maintains internal inspection records for production control. Relevant records and results can be provided when requested by the client.
Clients may appoint an independent inspection company. KAOUYOU can coordinate factory access and inspection timing.
Needle or metal detection can be arranged through a third-party service when required by the client or product.
