Port arrangements, forwarder instructions, sailing schedules and destination handling must be confirmed for the shipment.

Available methods, transit estimates and freight costs are confirmed by project. Published fixed delivery times are not used because routes and logistics conditions can change.

TRADE TERMS

Confirm where responsibility and delivery transfer.

EXW — Ex Works

The order is made available at the agreed location for collection by the client or the client's nominated carrier. The client normally controls the main transport from the agreed handoff point.

FOB — Free On Board

For an agreed sea shipment, KAOUYOU coordinates export-side preparation and delivery on board the nominated vessel at the named port, subject to the confirmed order and forwarder arrangements.

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid

DDP involves broader seller-side responsibility to the named destination. Availability, destination coverage, customs requirements, duties, taxes and included services must be reviewed and confirmed for each order.

Trade terms must include an agreed named place or port. Final responsibilities, included costs and risk-transfer points are confirmed in the quotation, order documents and logistics arrangement.
